Multisport Course Mother-Daughter

This is an energetic multisport course for girls 12+ y.o. with their mothers with a focus on developing muscular strength, flexibility, body coordination, improvement of cardiovascular system performance. The course program includes cardio exercises in different styles (latino, kickbox, funky), team exercises, great music in motivating environment. All participants will get familiar with elements of rhythmic and aesthetic gymnastics, aerobics, and acrobatics. Being active together builds your relationship! Stay fit and stay close!
