Hereby, I authorize Club "Garmonia" to use the photos / videos of the gymnast above, taken in the context of the practice, teaching and competitions for promotional purposes. I therefore consent to the Club “Garmonia” publishing these photos / videos by various means of communication, both on the Web and in various impressions and will not ask for any monetary compensation *

Je dégage le club Garmonia et les personnes y étant affiliées, de toute responsabilité pouvant découler d'une blessure personnelle, d’un décès ou de dommages matériels résultant de ma participation ou de celle de la personne dont je suis le responsable légal aux activités du club Garmonia.
Please note! Places are only reserved once payment for the session has been received. We allocate places in the group on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment can be made through the Payment tab of the website menu.
REIMBURSEMENT POLICY
Before the beginning of the session: full refund (deduction of 35$ for admin fees will be applied)
After the first week of classes: refund of 90% of the session (a deduction of 35$ for admin fees will be applied as well)
After the second week of classes: refund of 70% of the session (deduction of 35$ for admin fees will be applied as well)
After the third week of classes: refund of 50% of the session (a deduction of 35$ for admin fees will be applied as well)
After the fourth week of the session: no refund is available
